Syrups/Purees

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Japanese whisky
  • 1 oz tangerine juice
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 3/4 oz Sanz tangerine syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz soda water

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice exept the soda and fine strain into an ice-filled highball with ice, top with soda, stir and garnish
