• Ginger & Chili

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Mulata white rhum
• 1/2 oz Chartreuse
• 3/4 oz delime juice
• 1/4 oz Sanz sugar syrup
• 1/4 oz Sanz ginger and chile syrup
• 1 dash of cucumber bitter
• 2 dashes of cardamom bitter
• 1 cucumber slice
• Thyme smoke

How to mix

Fill a martini glass with water and ice and pour the thyme liquor.Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
