Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz mezcal
  • 1/4 oz absinth
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz Sanz orgeat syrup
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 2 dashes of Peychaud bitter
  • Top with camomile foam

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. Top with the foam.
