Ingredients

• 2 oz ron blanco
• 1/2 oz puré de fresa Sanz
• 1 oz zumo de lima fresco
• 3/4 oz sirope de frutos del bosque Sanz
• 7/8 hojas de hierbabuenas
• agua con gas

How to mix

Lightly muddle mint (just to bruise), with the lime juice in the base of glass. Add the rhum, strawberry puree and fruits of the forest syrup, fill the glass with crushed ice and stir. Fill the glass with more crushed ice and stir some more, top with soda, gently stir one more time and garnish
