Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz mezcal
• 1/4 oz Ancho reyes liqueur
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• fresh ginger
• 1/2 oz agave Sanz syrup
• 2 dashes cucumber biter
• 2 dashes angostura bitter
• top soda water

How to mix

muddle ginger and agave syrup add the rest of the ingredients exept the soda, shake with ice, doubler strain in an ice-filled highball glass, top with soda
