Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz whisky
  • 1/2 oz pouchong tea
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Sanz sugar syrup
  • 1/2 oz Sanz green apple syrup
  • 1 oz egg white

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice , remove ice and shake again, fine strain into ice-filled glass
