Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz Sanz sugar syrup
  • 1/4 oz Sanz strawberry syrup
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

How to mix

Dry shake all ingredientes, add ice and shake again, fine strain into a chilled coupette glass
