  • 1/2 oz port
  • 3/4 ozlemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Sanz sugar syrup
  • 1/4 oz Sanz smoked sugar syrup
  • 3/4 oz egg white

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice , remove ice and shake again, fine strain into ice-filled glass
