  • 2 oz Pisco acholado
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Sanz sugar syrup
  • 1/4 oz Sanz ginger and chile syrup

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice , remove ice and shake again, fine strain into a chilled glass
