Lemon

In the XI century, the Arabs brought the lemon to Spain, where it was initially used as an ornamental plant, but due to its exceptional characteristics, it was soon cultivated throughout the whole of the Mediterranean area. This is the origin of Jarabes Sanz, born in the Mediterranean, steeped in its culture. You can enjoy it in a cocktail, in a cold lemon drink, add a hint of lemon to beers, or in the limitless possibilities of combining this lemon, so that you can define your own creations. Having total satisfaction with its high juice content (22% lemon juice), for the quality of the lemons selected, and the intensity of its flavour. Though the natural juice makes the colour of the syrup change as time goes by.
