Mango

It was originally from South East Asia in the area of the current Indo Birmania and it is thought that is was cultivated there over 4,000 years ago. This fruit arrived in America due to the Portuguese in the XVIII century. The mango is currently the tropical fruit with the greatest production and commercialisation on a global level.
Sanz mango syrup is very consistent with a clearly defined flavour, the same as the fruit itself. By making it with a high percentage of juice (22% mango juice), we achieve a very interesting tropical syrup, combining the fruit’s sweetness with a small amount of acidity.
Ideal for giving a tropical taste to any cocktail with or without alcohol and to smoothies.
