  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Sanz sugar syrup
  • 1/4 oz Sanz elderflower syrup
  • Soda water

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice except the soda, fine strain into an ice-filled highball glass, top with soda
