Ingredients

  • 1 oz Jamaican rhum
  • 1 oz Calvados
  • 2 oz hot waer
  • 1 barspoon Sanz smoked sugar syrup
  • 1 barspoon Sanz sugar syrup

How to mix

"Heat a metal cup with boiling water and discard. Immediately add sugar sugar syrup and smoked sugar syrup, lemon peel and approximately 1 oz (30ml) of boiling water Mix to dissolve, add alcohol and 1 oz (30ml) more of boiling water and mix again."
