Jamaican mango sour

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Jamaican rhum
  • 1/2 oz Capitan Morgan rhum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 Sanz sugar syrup
  • 1/4 oz Sanz banana Syrup
  • 1 dash of angostura bitter
  • top with mango
  • brandy
  • blossom water foam

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice except the foam, fine strain into chilled gobblet glass, top with the foam
