Ingredients

  • 1 oz cognac
  • 1 1/2 oz Chambord
  • 1/4 oz Sanz brown sugar cane syrup
  • 3 oz de cream
  • 1 oz Sanz coconut milk syru
  • 1 oz egg white

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice , remove ice and shake again, fine strain into a chilled glass
