Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Mezcal
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Sanz Chili syrup
  • 1 dash barbeque bitters
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 1 barspoon Fernet
  • top soda water.

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice except the soda water , remove ice and shake again, fine strain into a glass filled with crushed ice, top with soda water
