Vermut pineapple cobbler

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Amontillado
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 barspoon Sanz banana syrup
  • 1 baraspoon Sanz sugar syrup
  • pineapple chunk

How to mix

pour all the ingredientes in a cocktail shaker, muddle and shake with ice, double strain in a highball glass over crushed ice.
