The tangerine was originally from the tropical areas of Asia, reaching Europe in the XIX century. Spain is currently one of the largest producers of this fruit.
We make our syrup using only the famous tangerines from the East Coast of Spain. Our production method consists of adding the tangerines without straining them so that both the pulp and all the fruit fibre become part of the product (16% tangerine juice).
With this citrus different versions of cocktails can be made, such as mojitos, margaritas and the famous tangerine Mimosa.
