We produce our purée with a selection of passion fruit from the prestigious plantations
located on the border between Peru and Ecuador, they are harvested at the perfect point
having ripened at the same plant. We remove the seeds but keep the flesh and do not add
colourings or citric acid or colourings to preserve their authentic colour and flavour, to ensure
that our purée is perfect when it reaches your creations!
