Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 Sanz sugar syrup
  • 1/4 oz Sanz cinnamon syrup
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 oz egg white

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice , remove ice and shake again, fine strain into a chilled goblet glass
