Syrups/Purees

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Old Tom gin
  • 15 ml Aguardenteiro Speculoos
  • 1 oz cream
  • 1/2 ozlime juice
  • 1/2 oz lemopn juice
  • 20 ml Sanz falernum syrup
  • 15 ml egg white
  • 3 drops blossom water
  • 30 ml sparkling water

How to mix

Agregar todos los ingredientes en la coctelera excepto el agua con gas y batir sin hielo enérgicamente. Agregar hielo y volver a batir. Colar doble en un vaso higball pequeño previamente enfriado y completar con el agua con gas.
