Ingredients

  • 30 ml Gin
  • 10 ml Cointreau
  • 50 ml plum puree
  • 20 ml Sanz Purefruit wild berries
  • 25 ml malbec wine
  • 25 ml Supasawa
  • 30 ml Sanz ginger & chili syrup
  • 2.5 ml red wine vinegar

How to mix

Shake all ingredientes with ice and double sgrain into a carbonatoing device, carbonate, pour into the glass over ice.
