Ingredients

  • 45 ml gin
  • 15 ml Nordpol cassis liqueur
  • 45 ml pineapple juice
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 22.5 ml white chocolate Sanz syrup
  • 2 dashes hazelnut bitter
  • Top soda water

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice except the soda water. Double strain into an iced filled highball glass, top with soda water, stir gently.
